Every person gets one code. Every code works.
Share a link instead of a list. Claimers never make an account and never hunt for a code that still works — and you find out who took them.
A list of codes is a lottery
Publishing promo codes turns a gift into a race. The people you actually wanted to reach are the ones who arrive late and find nothing but codes that no longer work.
Posting a list
- The first person with a script takes all of them.
- Everyone else works down the list, trying dead code after dead code.
- One person can take ten and leave nine people with nothing.
- You never find out who ended up with your codes.
Sharing a Promos link
- Codes are never published, so there is nothing to scrape.
- Everyone is handed a fresh code that has not been used.
- One code per confirmed address, enforced by the database.
- You get the address of everyone who took one.
How it works
- Create a project Give it a name and say what people are getting. You get an unlisted link that appears in no directory and no sitemap.
- Paste your codes One per line. Any text works — we hand them out, we never validate or redeem them.
- Share the link Anywhere you like. Claimers confirm an email address, get one code, and never create an account.
The things that go wrong, handled
- Codes expire. App Store codes last 28 days. Set a lifetime on upload and expired codes drop out of circulation instead of being handed to someone who will find they do not work.
- You run out. Claimers who arrive after the last code join a waitlist and are served in order when you upload more, rather than hitting a dead page.
- Someone tries for seconds. Every address is confirmed before a code is released, and one address gets one code per project.
- You would rather not keep the addresses. Turn on auto-prune and they are deleted 7 days after a code is picked up, leaving only a keyed identifier that still blocks a second claim.
- You need the data elsewhere. Export every code, its status and its claimer as CSV whenever you want it.
Pricing
€10 for 100 codes, plus VAT. Capacity is bought per project and never expires, so codes you do not hand out this month are still there next month.
Creating an account, setting up a project and uploading codes are free — you only pay when you want those codes to start going out.
Start
All you need is an email address. No password, no card until you want codes released.
